Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Excessive lateness may result in rescheduling.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options.

Insurance: Many regenerative medicine treatments are not covered by insurance. We will provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Refunds: Due to the nature of medical services, refunds are generally not provided once treatment has been administered. Our Results-Based Promise offers additional treatment at 50% off if anticipated results are not achieved, as detailed during your consultation.
